  TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This confidential tariff is valid immediately until further notice.
2. All rates are quoted in US Dollar and are Nett. Manumadi Tour reserves the right to alter these rates without prior notice, if unforeseen circumstances should necessitate such action. However, every effort will be made to give notice of any such alteration.
3. Immediately after your reservation request is received, bookings will be made and a confirmation sent with netto quotations in US Dollar.
4. Unless previous arrangement has been made, the full amount, to be paid in US Dollar, should be received by Komodo Flores Travel  at least 2 weeks prior the client’s arrival.

FAILURE to comply with prepayment conditions may result in the CANCELLATION.

1. While it is not Manumadi Tours policy to levy cancellation or "NO SHOW" fees of any kind, late notice of cancellation can result in a claim from hotels and suppliers of services.  In such cases, we will debit charges to the agents concerned.
2. Vouchers for services by Manumadi Tour will be honoured, provided prior arrangement has been made. One copy should be sent to us, plus the relevant itinerary. Client's top copy will be returned with invoice as proof of services provided.
3. For tour groups, one Tour Manager/TL is entitled to complimentary tour and accommodation (½ TWB) per 15 full paying rooms.
4. Rooming list and one night deposit are required by hotels for group booking, plus progress reports three months & two months before the date of arrival. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in hotels cancelling all rooms held, without notice.
5. All services are conducted by experienced English speaking guides. Guide specializing in other languages are available on request, subject to availability.
6. Airport Taxes and Airfare are not included in costing.
7. The very best in personalized service is given to all passengers. Reliable and comfortable vehicles are provided. Friendly meeting and seeing-off service. Groups and VIP's are welcomed with a floral wreath. Reconfirmation of onward flights is handled by us.
8. All vehicles are air conditioned.
9. Hotel rates included in this tariff are special rates arranged by Manumadi Tour with the hotel concerned. Please note varying validity.
10. Cancellation Conditions.
    - 30 days before departure : full refund
    - 10 days before departure : 50 % cancellation fee
    - 5 days before departure : 70 % cancellation fee
    - Within 5 days departure : no refund
11. Manumadi Tour acts only in the capacity of agent for transportation companies, vehicles owners, hotels and all other contractors involved, and shall not held liable or responsible for any loss, damage, accident, injury, delay or irregularity whatsoever arising from the use of any accommodation, transport or other service, from labour strikes, illness, weather, fire, natural disasters, force majeure or any others forces beyond our control.

Manumadi Tour also reserves the right to modify or withdraw tour arrangements without notice if considered necessary and in the best interest of the passengers.
